Greatest Hits Writing Bonanza CONTINUES! · 3:36pm Jul 30th, 2021
Greetings!
I hope you've all had a chance to enjoy last night's update. I didn't quite get it out as early as I wanted to due to work hours picking up, but ultimately I'm satisfied with how it turned out. 
Before I reveal which story is next on the list, however, I just wanted to let you all know that my classes start back up around the middle of August. Hopefully this won't affect the writing bonanza too much, but in the event that it does, I will make sure to let you all know.
Now, on to the update!
We're into the dog days of summer now, and with them, the Greatest Hits Writing Bonanza is heating up as well! We've still got five more fighters story updates to reveal, and I'm so excited to hype up the next one! Once again, I'll provide a brief summary for the uninitiated and a link to the story so you can catch up on the events thus far.

ZECORA'S REDEMPTION!
When Twilight and friends are sent as Celestia's friendship envoys to Zanzebrar, they bring along Zecora as their guide... but she's definitely not eager to return to her homeland. Follow along as Zecora tries to overcome her image as an outcast with new friends, Twilight tries to discover what happened in the first place, and they both become embroiled in the fate of Zanzebrar!
This is one story I'm quite proud of. It's an epic tale with lots of worldbuilding, fun new characters, and it explores Zecora's character and history like never before... at least, until the Season 10 comics came out. Oh well. 
That doesn't mean I can't stick an "alternate universe" tag on there and still have fun! Of note, I plan on writing a special retrospective blog post in the future once Zecora's Redemption is completed, discussing my thought process behind the story and its worldbuilding, what went into creating it, and how it differs from the official background given in the comics. That will be after the writing bonanza, most likely, so please stay tuned for it as well.
