The Crystal Empire-An interesting new location with a few nice songs. Not great but all in all a solid season introduction.

Too Many Pinkie Pies-You got to love how even with a bunch of copies of herself running around, Pinkie Pie still finds a way to stand out.

One Bad Apple-Emergency edible boots? Too cool for mule? What?

    MLP Season 2 Notes

The Return of Harmony-There are few better ways to start off a new season than with a great new villain. Though maybe Cadance should have been added here to help the season come full circle.

Lesson Zero-Speaking of Cadance, you think Twilight learned the want it need it spell from her?

Friendship is Magic-Now this is how you start a show. Great animation, good lore, and absolutely unforgettable characters.

Ticket Master-I think Applejack had the best reason.

Applebuck Season-”Pinkie Pie are you crazy?!”
I know the show just started Twilight but it’s kind of late to be asking don’t you think?

    Top 10 Series Finales

With Super Stallion finally having finally reached its conclusion I thought it would be a good idea to celebrate with another top 10 list. The top 10 greatest (more or less) series finales. Which fittingly will probably be my last top 10. Before I get to the list here are a few honorable mentions.

    Super Stallion

After a very long hiatus I've finally started to get back to work Super Stallion. But before I bring the story to an end, I'm editing the story. Polishing it up a bit so to speak and bringing it to it's full potential. So whether you've been reading since chapter 1 or you just started looking into it now i hope you'll join me as I bring this story to an end at last.

Top 10 Funniest TV Shows · 5:41am Jun 26th, 2021

It's time for another top 10 since the last story I published was quite a tear jerker I figured this would be a great time for this list to help cheer up those that might need it for 1 reason or another. I've ranked these shows by how they've stayed in the popular, their impact, and or course how funny they are. I'm also giving extra points to shows that have managed to stay funny just so The Simpsons isn't always number 1, before I get to the list here are some honorable mentions.

Time Squad-This was in my underrated shows list to you can get more info there but for now lots of laugh and you get to learn a bit about history along the way.

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air/Boy Meets World-Again I've already talked about these before but it's till worth mentioning how hilarious these shows are.

Seinfeld-Granted I was never a fan of this show but even I know how popular the show about nothing was. But from what I hear it's not really about nothing it's about little things.

Duckman-Definitely not a kids cartoon but it was made by the same studio that made Rugrats. Filled with risky humor as well as timeless thought provoking messages.

Smart Guy-Only got 3 seasons one of which only had like 6 episodes but just about every joke hits bullseye.

10 Dinosaurs Another show I talked about in my underrated list sort of why this is on the bottom of the list, or rather the top. A seemingly simple sitcom with Jim Henson puppets being used as dinosaurs that live like humans. While underrated the intelligence of this show's humor and commentary was at times on par with South Park or The Simpsons both of which you'll be seeing later here. There's 1 episode where they have an election.

Frightening relevant isn't it? It became less and less about a cute idea of dinosaurs living like humans and more and more about them living in a crazy violent world that eerily reflects ours. There's another episode where Monica is fired as a tree pusher because she won't go out with the foreman and goes through a court hearing. She doesn't win but she inspires Charlene.
Charlene: Males aren't just going to give us good jobs we have to prove we deserve them.
Monica: I don't know sweetie that could take a while.
Charlene: Oh come on we're an advance society how long could it possibly take?
The metaphors are still just as clever as they were back then the show is funny without making a serious point and while the characters are rather cookie cutter they can still be pretty fun to watch most of all that crazy baby. NOT THE MAMA NOT THE MAMA! Never gets old.

9 Spongebob Squarepants The Mickey Mouse of Nickelodeon the adventures of a sea sponge that lives under the sea became a hit in no time at all. Resulting in tons of merchandise, movies, and more seasons than we know what to do with even if you never saw the show you've seen the YouTube videos cleverly using clips from the show to get it's point across. I've even payed homage to a gag or 2 from this show in Super Stallion. While a kid show the writing had more than enough jokes for any adults that watched this with their kids, this show would have been higher but it's quite dipped in quality in the later seasons. So sad when a good show goes bad it probably didn't help that the creator left, came back, and died and show didn't stop because of any of that.

8 Daria Fun fact did you know this show is a spinoff of Beavis and Butthead also who names their kid Butthead? An animated sitcom about a very antisocial teen who actually makes a friend at her new school Daria while not a very relatable character she's definitely one of the funniest not to mention one of the greatest.

Much like Dinosaurs the comedy is balanced out with great characters that while some are cookie cutter work better here because it's clearly on purpose. The sweet teacher, the intense teacher, the mean girl squad, the not too bright Quarterback and his also not too bright head cheerleading girlfriend, and so on. Cookie cutter or not all the characters stand out in their own way most of Daria and her friend Jane just about everyone can find a character to relate to or they were like while in high school.

7 The Venture Bros/Rick and Morty I put this 2 shows together because they have a lot in common they both have mature themes, they both have great satire and homages, they both take a long time to get more seasons out but always make it worth the wait, and they're both very very funny. The former about a boy adventurer now grown up and takes his kids on adventures while the latter is about a mad scientist that gets his grandson into all sorts of insane situations. While relatively new compared to the others shows on this list both of these shows have quite a large fanbase and it's easy to see why both shows have great continuity, good animation, and ever expanding universe or in the latter's case multiverse fun fact Rick and Morty is in the same universe as Gravity Falls which is also a pretty funny show.

6 Animaniacs This was a show I adored as a kid and adore now, a kid variety show with highly memorable characters, great animations, fantastic songs, and unforgettable characters voiced by voice actors always giving 100%. The writing was spot on as well writing jokes just as much for adults as they did for kids.

The one about giving the pilgrim the bird is my favorite also fun fact I gave showed this to my little cousin who surprise surprise fell in love with it and called the Warners dogs.
Me: They're not dogs they're more like maniacs animated maniacs, hey I finally get that.
This shows captured the spirit of the original Looney tunes but also works as it's own thing making a magic of it's own so rare not even it's own reboot could catch it. For the record I think the reboot's okay it just wasn't the original.

5 The Simpsons Yes while we can't deny that this show has run on way too long we also can't deny how much of a great impact it's had on comedy. And how could it not with it's great satire, clever commentary, Emmy awarding winning musicals and entire town of characters. Much like Spongebob it's not as good as it used to be but it's bad doesn't erase it's good. I should probably go on longer about this show but let's face it we've all watched it.

4 Family Guy A show I found by accident when I was rather young I don't know if I found the show or if the show found me but either way it's had a lasting impact on me, until it stopped being funny. (all too common) Some would put this below The Simpson I find it's funnier while The Simpsons have more characters Family Guy makes there's more memorable and while The Simpsons has won more Emmys Family Guy was nominated for a Primetime Emmy award for Outstanding comedy something the Simpsons never was. But if I compare this to the The Simpsons we'll be here all day the show is more than it's own thing following the lives of the Griffins with it's hilarious comedy that could racist sexist or pretty much every kind of ist there is. And of course you can't forget the cutaway gags which really made this show stand out along with a good continuity and a wide cast of characters who all find 1 way or another to stand out. I kind of wanted to put it higher but by my own rules it goes lower for losing it's comedy edge like when it drags out a scene or joke to fill up the episode then you find out they've been doing that for years that just stopped making it funny, and why can't they just stop all the Meg abuse?

3 South Park Another show that doesn't stay away from touchy subjects, this show is filled with crude smut toilet humor but don't let that fool you this is one of the smartest shows you will ever see. Focusing on 4 young boys growing up in the town of South Park Colorado it's been running for years and years while staying just as funny and enjoyable. At least until you get to the troll season I mean seriously I kept waiting for someone to come out and say "Dude just ignore the internet trolls." Wander Over Yonder did in 10 minutes what South Park couldn't do in 10 episodes yeah some shows on here have had cringe episodes but South Park had a cringe season. But after that while not as funny as before has improved always showing modern topics but not to simply say them but to say something about them.

Fun fact when I learned that South Park got banned in China I was like "They weren't already?"

2 King of the Hill Sort of a reverse scenario of Family Guy this was going to be lower but by my rules it had to go higher but that's not a bad thing this is a great show I tell you what? 13 seasons of comedic gold mixed with memorable characters while it's had a not so great episode here and there much like MLP even the "worst" episode has something good. The characters in the show are also great they're like the Looney Tunes or the Guardians of the Galaxy or even again MLP their personalities are so different and so well developed you just need to put them all together for great comedy. My personal favorite episode is the one where the guys are firemen/the 2 parter about Mrs. Strickland taken over Stickland's Propain the former being inspired by The 3 Stooges (or so I heard) and the latter having a great idea with a great tone shift at the halfway. (great twist on who shot Debbie) The characters were memorable the animation was good and while still running for a long time ended on a good note what could be funnier than this? Well,

1 The Flintstones At the start I said I've ranked these shows by popularity, impact, and or course how funny they are this show about a modern stone age family inspired by the Honeymooners hits a home run on all 3.
Popularity-Made literally decades ago and people still remember it I even still see the DVDs sometimes when I go to stores.
Impact-If it weren't for this show half the shows on my list probably wouldn't have been made.
Comedy-This show wasn't just funny it was the 1st and 1 of 2 cartoons to be nominated Primetime Emmy award for Outstanding comedy and was the first cartoon show that found an audience for both kids and adults, these days every kid show is trying to do and you could argue it all started here.
This show really is a page right out of history and I think it more than deserves the number 1 spot but what do you think do you agree with me? What funny shows did I leave out? Let me now in the comments below until then,
That's All Folks
Goodnight everybody
