The name of the story is Done With You, written by ShowShine. It's about Spoiled Rich being more abusive towards Diamond Tiara, which led Filthy Rich to file for divorce. He kicked her out of the house, his butler Randolph told him everything that happened, ordered him to hit her with a broom, he burned her stuff, and proceeded with the paperwork.
Later, somepony who posed as a lawyer took DT away, basically kidnapping her and forcing her to be with Spoiled. Filthy felt like all hope is lost until Granny Smith referred him to Princess Celestia so that her guards can find the whereabouts of Spoiled and DT. They eventually found them in a dirty apartment unit, ultimately arresting Spoiled and rescuing DT.
To wrap it all up, Princess Celestia punished Spoiled by imprisoning her in a dungeon. Spoiled kept on saying she didn't do anything wrong as the guards dragged her out of the throne room, shutting the doors as she got what she deserved. Filthy reunited with DT and they are relieved that she's no longer around to hurt them anymore.
It's one of the most satisfying fics I've ever read in this platform and it's so sad to know that ShowShine deleted this amazing story.
I remember that. Much of the buildup was good, but the ending was a bit too deus ex for my taste.
