552995 It's mostly because Luna is the younger sister, and due to the fact that she's only been back a couple of years, she'd probably have several mixed reactions to different types of modern technology. The thing is, none of us know how she'd fare if faced with video-games unless they actually exist in Equestria. Most people tend to assume that she'd become obsessed with them, almost to the point of neglecting her royal duties.(I did say 'almost')
