There was one mistake there: "Constantly growing subtler"
We've actually seen the inverse. They have become brazen and stupid. Over-confident. And now dozens of nations suddenly slammed on the brakes and are rearing back their hands to give big tech a slap it NEVER saw coming.
India... India has kicked China in the gut repeatedly, and BLOCKED any aps that served China's interests. India has a HUGE presence on Twitter and Facebook, and they've long been suspicious of Google for its willingness to censor at China's behest, and they have massive numbers of software engineers.
Yesterday, the heads of the major Indian parties quite vehemently voiced their displeasure with Big Tech, joining many other nations. Prime Minister Modi is a close friend of Trump, and the Indian people love him. Big Tech not only held the Indian tiger by the tail... they turned their back to it. India may rip Big Tech's throat out before Big Tech even has any idea what's happening.
Poland is about to pass a law fining Big Tech platforms $2.2 million for EVERY instance of censorship where the content is legal in Poland AND they are creating a special court specifically for citizens to sue Big Tech over censorship. Facebook's response was to block the leading Polish party's Facebook page. Which I'm sure is going to go over splendidly with the European countries who, along with Poland, are increasingly displeased with social media as a whole.
Big Tech is angering EVERYONE, except China... and practically every nation on Earth hates China now.
Let the counter-revolution strike like lightning.

What counter revolution? All of those happen so we can still stay ignorant. All this bickering around the globe is the best example of ''Divide and rule'' the Armenian conflict , the aegean debacle , syria etc all happened for for we can have dust in our eyes. History proved when people come together we achieve the impossible. I accepted what is to come I can only live as happy as possible for as long as it last.
