    It's Been a While

Hello there. Long time, no see, huh?

Well, I know not many read these things, but I figured it'd be a good idea to drop in and talk a little about what I've been doing.

Ramblings of Someone Who is Very Tired

Well . . . hey there, guys. I hope everyone has been doing well and that the first two weeks of 2021 haven't been too awful. Of course, with the amount of stuff already hitting the fan, I doubt a majority of you all have peaceful minds and hearts. I, for one, have been oddly troubled with things that are happening in the U.S.

    It's Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas . . .

. . . Doesn't really feel like, though, right? I can't be the only one who feels like that.

So. . . about that thing

Apparently, my little story about Anon being almost offensively British is actually liked by people. I. . . don't really have much to say about that other than that is pretty neato, friends.

Hey guys,

Not much to say here, but I think anyone who sees this should read a certain fic: My Neighbor.

It's by Antiquarian, and it is something different. Read the sequels, too. These stories are so much more than what they appear, at least to me. In a way, they do come off as a bit preachy, but the things that are spoken about are well worth it. Forgiveness, the complexity of life, and just genuine, sincere kindness above all are things each of us struggles with, the author discusses these in such a profound and genuine fashion that it kills me to see how underrated they are.

Just a warning, they do discuss sensitive matters. These include war, death, suicide, and other things that stem from experiences that we can all, in some way, relate to. Nothing is gorey or of that nature, but I feel it is appropriate to mention that some people may find issue with it.

That's all I had for you guys. Until next time.
