So Imma do something here · 6:34am Nov 12th, 2020
So I have had this on my mind for awhile now and I think now I'm really gonna start doing it... Drumroll Please
I'm going to start writing my own Fallout Equestria FanFic! I have a name for it and some basic ideas on what its going to be but I am a VERY inexperienced writer, I normally just read... why am I doing this to myself... NO! I AM DOING THIS!
So I am now just going to put this out here I am today going to start working on...
Fallout Equestria: Trial and Error! BUM BUM BUM
Its not there yet so dont look...
And BTW if any more experienced... Writers? Authors? Word Fandanglers?
If there are any more experienced Word Fandanglers out there who have any advice for me, just leave a comment!
An up an coming Word Fandangler, LB
This is my almost-universal advice for any fanficcer:
Plan out the entire story before you begin posting any of it to the Internet. Not only a beginning and an end, but how you're going to get from here to there.
And, just as important if not more so: Do not post on the day you finish a story or chapter. Let it sit minimally overnight before you re-read it, and better yet three days.
And for your own happiness and mental health remember: There is no praise that can pay you for the work of writing. You are your only guaranteed reader, so when you re-read what you've written, before you post it, imagine how you'll feel having that up on the Internet. Will you enjoy reading it back for yourself, and be proud of it? Of course, all that internal-criticism stuff comes AFTER you've planned and written your first draft. The first thing you write is not what you post! Sit on it first and look it over! That frees you up to write without inhibitions in the first draft.
Have fun and good luck!

Thanks for the advice, Ill keep that in mind when I finish some of it
And I know how harsh the internet can be sometimes so I was already planning on rereading it multiple times and editing it accordingly
And I will be very happy if I can even get a chapter out at the rate I'm going
Someone who needs a better schedule, LB
