Thoughts on Where the Apple Lies

Thoughts on Lesson Zero · 2:33am Oct 7th, 2020

This episode was pretty interesting as I feel as if this was a good follow up to the season 2 openers. I loved every moment of this one with Twilight going crazy and causing ao much chaos. Essentially Pinkie Pie had her freak out think every one of her friends were purposefully ignoring her. Now its Twilight's turn with her greatest fear being tardy and disappointing Celestia. In general it followed the same formula except this time Celestia had to come dowm and fix everything and decided to take that pressure of Twilight's shoulders by having her friends write her friendship lessons too. Which was central to making the rest of season 2 what it is a more mix of the other characters learning about themselves without having the full focus of the show being on Twilight.

Here we meet Smartypants Twilight's childhood doll which was rather cute in a way how she made everypony try to get it. And It was Big Mac who ended up stealing it which was so adorable that it gave me 2 story ideas.
