im seriously about to give up writing because i have another proofreading problem · 9:53am Jun 24th, 2020
remember i posted the 2nd chapter of Feeling Alone and the proofreader named Melinyne well when i told to proofread a one-shot story that im nit giving you guys the details about the story and now she isn't responding since May and i tried to find Proofreaders and i did but no avail.
IM SERIOUSLY ABOUT TO GIVE UP... No one is literally going to help me.
Now the 3rd chapter of Feeling Alone is now delayed again because no one is proofreading my story.
But im close to giving up if you see this blog can someone help me because i am on step away to giving up
Sorry to hear. Doesn't this site have a tool where you can look for proofreaders? Or is that what you've already been using with no success?

i literally tried my best to find one the first one is melinyne the second didn't even respond and the third one haven't been respond since feburaury.
im feeling like all my stories is now a disaster already. finding a proofreader is not that simple

Well, first off, I started following you upon reading your two published stories. I thought they were great.
Second, this is difficult, but not impossible. I found it difficult to start writing. I thought sometimes that my first story wouldn't turn out good. But judging by the reception, it did.
If you've experienced something like that before, where it felt like something wasn't working out, but eventually it did, try looking back on that. You'll know this is possible.
Keep looking! The more proofreaders you reach out too, the more likely you'll get one! Larger pool of choices means there has to be a good fit eventually! If you reach out to say, 15 proofreaders, how much of a chance is there that none of them accept? Not much at all.
I'm sorry man. Do you know why she's not responding?
