Drew this a while ago.

This is the German hospital ship, the MV Wilhelm Gustloff. It was a cruise ship before WW2, was used as barracks in 1939 and then converted into a hospital ship in 1940. The ship was sunk in the Baltic sea by the Soviet submarine S-13 in 1945 while it was carrying civilians and remains the deadliest ship disaster to this day.
