any words that i could say about the situation have already been said, plus i doubt i have enough of a following to make a real difference

many people on the internet are so happy to turn on each other and on the outsiders and the marginalized people of the world

but none of us who lurk places like this are a part of the general public, which is to say that none of us are normal, not completely, and never will be, and instead of acknowledging that and sympathizing with those who feel like they're on the outskirts of society, there are those who want to try and appease the crowd that clings to this status quo where the people who deviate are treated as less than human for the things that they can't change about themselves

it's upsetting

this isn't a game

there's no fulfilling reward for being cruel, it feels good but that doesn't last and it never will

there has to be some of you out there that remember what this community was like in the glory days

that's what everyone wants in the end, that love, on a mass scale

that kindness and acceptance is the better world we're all aiming for, it's a worthy cause to put yourself out there for

as said in my last blog post i will be circling back to regularly scheduled fics whenever i finish what i'm writing
