I’m starting to make some changes in mind for The Magic Of Sea Mermaids story like having Fluttershy’s Birthday happening but the most important detail I need is a villain. Someone told me there should be a climax in some sort without a redemption arc. For me, I can’t make up a villain on my own and I don’t want to use a villain from FIM and fit them in the Mirror World. It’s not really clever since Silverstream, Princess Skystar and Queen Novo are already part of this, along with other hippogriffs.
I really need you guys’s inspiration on this. I’m gonna try to make the story entertaining and longer as a 44 minute special. Please comment down below on what kind of villain I should use. It has to involve the motivations along with what the demise at the end of the story.
I got an idea: the villain is paranoid about change, so he concocts a harebrained scheme to ensure everything stays the same. He meets his end when Fluttershy defeats him in battle and he rejects friendship, believing it to be propaganda meant to cow everyone into ponykind’s religion before a boulder smashes into him and sends him drowning underwater.
