Important Life Update: Going to write novel. · 7:59pm Apr 4th, 2020
This is rather hard to write but I have spent about a week trying to write fanfics in a place that currently is so focused on the quarantine that I have both zero personal space (ironic I know) and time to do fanfics. And I've spent time trying to find a space that doesn't make me go insane and have a whole lot of problems.
And my mom keeps saying that its a perfect time to start writing a novel. Over and over and over every day. By this point, I've pretty much found out that the only way I will find a sense of peace is that I have to start writing that novel.
So for the next while, any updates will be about my novel.
That's the only thing I will change in the coming future. I will still keep using the site and the editing system here because I like the way it works and I might share the document here when its past the basic beginning, but it won't be pony related so that's going to be a thing. Anyway it'd probably be more of a first draft anyway so if this ever got published (Ha, if that happened, I'd eat my nonexistent hat) it'd have to be in a definite different kind of form and feel. Less flights of fancy to figure out the world. Or I'd go the fantasy epic route where everything is weirdly important and overdescribed. Cause I'd have to get the parts of the novel started and beginnings are really hard. That and endings. But with this, I'll be writing my novel now instead of fanfic stuff.
While it's unfortunate that I won't get to see where your big story is going (because you have me right there in the middle of it) I'll at least be keen to see drafts of this novel of yours. I enjoy your writing and style and this could be something really cool.
I'm happy to offer feedback on it and make suggestions, depending on if you want my input too.
Due to me writing the novel, I’ll probably focus on that when I come back. Was going to do the Twuna sequel but that works too. Want to finish a fanfic for once lol. And of course I would like input cause I’ll be creating something new (or more like semi original since everything now is a ripoff.)
