Hi, this is me, Wishes (a.k.a. (previous account) Pinkie) and here's Story Voting Time kiddies!
I was looking at my friend CountDerpy's blog post and I decided I'm in that same problem too, to choose which story to write. So, here you go, here's the stories:
Kingdoms of Equestria - Ever since the Elements of Harmony died as did the Princesses of Equestria, Equestria has fallen into a world of chaos and war, disrupting its old peaceful harmony, because of the new power that lay freely. The three groups have decided to split into the Kingdoms of Equestria, developing their own power and leaders, trying to build and recreate the harmony that lie dead. One day six innocent ponies fell upon a book in Canterlot Castle's old hidden library, about the prophetic tales that had been predicted long ago, one about the reincarnations of the elements of harmony that would happen at the time, and how it would save all of Equestria.
A Love Story - Pinkie and Rainbow Dash had always been the closest of friends, so what would happen if one of them was cast into sea and supposedly gone forever? The other would cry, of course. Cry, mourn, weep, and...kill?
Today, Tomorrow, and Forever - A few years ago, in a different dimension, one young filly named Twilight Sparkle cried because she was asked to be excused from Celestia's teaching, excused from learning at Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns in Canterlot, and therefore disgraced from family and friends. She ran from there to Ponyville, a cool, calm, quiet place, where everypony lived in their own harmony, and barely any hatred spread around...except for Twilight's everlasting, growing hatred for Celestia. A few years later, when she comes at age, she confronts Celestia once and for all, proving that she was capable of the greatest of magic. But soon did she know that it was a mistake...
Friends Forever - Vixen LeatherHeart is one of the ones you'd call Mary Sues. She's one of the last alicorns in existence, doing magic more powerful than Celestia, flying faster than Rainbow Dash or Soarin' or Spitfire (who declined the invitation to the Wonderbolts cuz she said it's dirty work), quick, smart, intelligent, magical...and beautiful, to her point of view. But there's one thing missing there in that Mary Sue...friendship. Vixen's only friend is one unicorn named Starshine. One day, something goes wrong, and she is forced to be sent to Ponyville by Celestia. Sudden dangers arrive, and Vixen tries to prove that she can defeat the evil herself like she had done several times before for unknown foes. But the evil is more powerful, and the only thing to stop it is...the real magic of friendship.
Swapped - Twilight Sparkle and her friends come across a small box in the middle of the Everfree Forest, while looking for Zecora's hut. Twilight brings it home to Ponyville to see what was in it, to suddenly come of the supposed Elements of Harmony. She asks her friends to come visit her and they try their elements together, until Pinkie Pie decides to play a quick game that randomized the elements, giving Rainbow Dash the element of Honesty, Applejack the element of Generosity, Pinkie Pie the element of Magic, Rarity the element of Kindness, Fluttershy the element of Laughter, and Twilight the element of Laughter. Twilight then decides to show them a new spell she had learned, causing an explosion, having the so-called enchanted elements to sink into their coats and turn them into different races (pegasi, unicorn, earth pony) according to which element they wore.

I think Kingdoms sounds like a good choice. My vote goes for Kingdoms of Equestria.

Today, Tomorrow, and Forever sounds great, as does Friends Forever. I can't decide between the two of them.
Do not write Swapped, though. It's been done to death.
560554 Oh, okay. I see a little error in the Swapped description too. I think I'll do, so far, Friends Forever, Today, Tomorrow, and Forever, and Kingdoms of Equestria.
