The report would lead to my account getting banned within 12 hours.
They gave me the name of a certain user. I reached out to them and gave them the ticket ID that was shown on the screenshot.
Whenever I watch gameplay of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City on YouTube, I laugh hysterically when vehicles explode and Tommy Vercetti kills people with grenades or a rocket launcher. I laugh even louder when he murders all the dancers with either weapon in Malibu Club.

Must admit I've always been into Saint's Row myself. A friend played GTA 3 for so many hours straight when it first dropped I was sick of it before I played it. Should probably give them a go someday though, feel like I'm missing something skipping the series!
