Here's a morning hint for you to not feel like you just got hit by a bus the moment you wake up -
Get some pure green tea and then get a juicy lemon, cut a slice out of it (not too thick, otherwise you're going to be having a citrus acid attack) and place it into the cup after you've poured boiling water into it and removed the tea bag. Make sure it's the first thing you put into your body, don't even eat anything before you drink it.
It was a thing I was told by my health-obsessed auntie, and it will purge your body and stomach of any impurities. If you don't mind the taste, doing it every morning will keep you feeling refreshed, relaxed and healthy-feeling. It won't work instantly, but it'll help you get through the day better.
