Today I have been listening to vocaloid Rin and Len music series that involves the twins as a Princess and servant.
Tell a lie - I have been listening to it for a few days and I have only today had currently picking at the lyrics to form my own version of it for my OC Abyss and her sister whom is the mother of Celestia and Luna.
Without further a due here's what I have currently come up with; Please be aware this is going to be a slow process because I want to sync the lyrics with the music properly.
Both of the sisters
We are their loyal servants and their country's Queens.
Us, a pair of pitied Alicorns, Burdened by our destiny
Let Loneliness consume us, if that what must be done.
We will gladly play the parts, so that they may live and continue on.

On the day the two of us were brought into this world.
They gave their blessing and names to us Abyss and ____
But for reasons we we're too young to understand.
The curse separated us from our parents, and we grew to rule the land.
If this cruel fate plots to extinguish your light

Abyss's sister:
Wandering in the streets of town a stallion caught my eye, coat and mane were blue as the night sky up above I felt a spark in my heart may it be love?

It appears this world will meet its fate.
Torn by my dear sister, crumble under her hate.
The ponies claim that justice will be brought on to her today.
I won't see it through; They will not get their way

You and I will switch, with our foals you must flee.
I will be okay, I am an alicorn don't you see? my death will never be.

Abyss's sister as she follows the army after sending her foals to sleep to take on her sister:
Us a pair of broken souls, damned by cruel destiny.
If the darkness consumes her soul, as the masses curse out her name.
Then I am at fault too for I am the one to blame.
Long ago there was a kingdom ruled by two queens.
At that time, we were already gone the past tender age of fourteen.
An Alicorn of evil doomed the kingdom from within.
But the story lies for she was the only one who wanted new life to begin.

Let spellfire consume me for what I have done.
I have woefully sealed you away as you called; One day I will pay.
The day will come that you are free- It will a long time till then.
It would be nice to live with you but It seems we'll never meet again.
Story - Abyss and her sister were born by the former barer of life and death, they turned to Alicorns shortly after their parents died. They died because once Alicorns have children. Their powers are given to their children that appear to be one race when they are first born. Abyss would've been a Unicorn, or an Earth pony and her sister would've been a Pegasus.
In my opinion this is way Cadance didn't die because Flurry came out as an Alicorn and obviously it's a kid friendly show.
Also Celestia doesn't get all of her mothers powers because her mother strained it, so controling the sun is pretty much like controling life, since her sister is alive. Luna didn't get the power of death, but instead she gives good dreams, controls the moon and her aunts lingering shadows are drawn to her and turns her into Nightmare Moon.
Even though mortals still die; Abyss's job was to make sure they had a peacful one, but now without her the mortal ponies could die young and horribly, like with life. Her sister job was to give the ponies long and healthy lives but without her ponies and other creatures can live poorly and horribly to the extent they wish for death to come around.
At the end of this song; Abyss's sister had used all of her magical power against the elements of harmony that Abyss had and her natural power, so her immortality was taken away by the sheer power strain from her last spell to send her sister in the next world sealed away in the alicorn amulet. Then she and those who were remaining were all brought in the other world, the humans were sent to a different one separate from theirs because she decided that their world was too dangerous for the humans.
In this next world she was mortal with her husband and gave birth to Celestia and Luna once again and took care of Discord until she died before she knew that her sisters power as leaking out the Alicorn amulet, or her darkened heart had effected the next world too, causing the three races to hate each other and windigos.
Also I want everyone to know, Abyss's colours right now are her normal colours, she's a black farrier. Her 'darkside' is pretty much like Dusk, Rapdash and Chandelier mixed together from pokemon. Her mane and rest of her body is in the form of black smoke except her face is a skeleton. With a hood like those ghosts in rune factory, and a scythe like Ruby's from RWBY. But in purples and blacks.

Abyss (Alicorn) x Pinkie | Bluemist (Butterfly Pony) x Queen Chrysalis. | Emerald Gleam (Changing & past form before her mother cut it all off, she now has a Bob cut with glasses, she has a broken horn and badly holely wings) x Princess Luna. Heart (Mother of Chrysalis & former form) x Princess Cekestia. (Heart unfortunately passes away when she's freed from the cacoon by Celestia after Bluemist gets together with Chrysalis and Emerald Gleam gets with Luna. It's like as if Celestia had everything that Luna wanted, but at this moment Luna gets to be loved while Celestia has nothing but the dying love she wished she didn't push away.)
