No matter how hard I try, my writing is slowing down. I find it hard to keep up with my upload schedule for my fanfic.
Do you have any advice?

I'll think about that
Get what you can done but don't push yourself. Turning a hobby into a chore is the death of it. Remind yourself why your doing it and find ways to inovate and make sure it stays fun. Personally I don't care much for upload scheduals. Sure it's nice for the readers but putting a deadline on it makes it more like a task/job than something you do for fun.
