So, I want to do something new...
Yep, you heard me. I want to do something new. Not for fame nor fortune, though those are nice. I want to do something for myself. Something fun, something that is so totally me but still relatively normal. No Kamen Rider crossovers, I've done enough of those thank you. No Twilight forced to deal with the ending of the show type things, no her moving on from her friends. There are enough of those and done much better by other authors. I hate to follow the crowd really.
No. I am not doing that. What I'm doing is something... well, I don't quite know yet. But I will tell you this, I am not ending my career on a 69, a sex story. I am not ending my career on me selling out! Okay, so there's my weekly self-deprecating joke. No, I'm not ending my career at all, not on a long shot. Aside from stories left unfinished, there are stories still yet to be told up in this brain of mine. Like Transformers, but we'll get to that in a minute. I want to tell MLP stories, still in G4, and who knows, when G5 rolls around I'll be telling them there as well. I love a new universe to explore and to world build.
This is a universe I want to explore. ...Even if I do think G5 Rarity looks like Weiss Schnee. Seriously, she does! I want to tell stories in this new universe, whatever it may be like. Fun, eh? Who's with me?
Now, possible story ideas for G4 pony may focus on Luster Dawn, or what-ifs like Star Wars Infinities. Changes in minute things, ala the Butterfly Effect that lead to striking consequences. I mean, what if say... Oh, Rarity was the head of the Mane Six or Twilight Velvet married Fluttershy's father. That sort of thing. Or just simple small slice of life fics like the ones I've been doing like Applejack at Your Service. We'll see what comes down the pipeline, eh? Maybe me doing something funny and very smartassed. Or maybe me exploring where Grogar really is. I mean, we know he exists, clearly. His bell is a thing.
Also, the first person who requests me to do a Cozy Glow story gets a visit from Discord. Seriously, bleh. Least favorite villain right there. Yeah, definitely doing a Grogar story.
Also, as I keep on saying, I do want to branch out of MLP, and I do have a Transformers Christmas Story in the works -blame Vertigo for that- and I want to venture on into this universe.
The world of Nanoha and it's very loveable cast. Seriously, this is female bonding at it's most awesome.
Who'd want to see that eh? Me tackling this universe.
