show's done, are we finally home?

Can't believe after all these years, all these seasons, the show has finally reached its conclusion. We all know it doesn't end here, we've all grown, some have moved on and more are just getting started. The adventure may be over but I can guarantee that we're all far from done.
As for me, I plan to finally finish the series, maybe finally post some stories (but probably not) and overall see just what was brought so far.
I wonder what happened after the wedding?
