This is what my pet bird does when she's happy... · 2:18pm Oct 15th, 2019
I don't know why she does this most of the time, but it's an amusing spectacle, to say the least.

Yep, that's my bird!
Don't be too deceived by the cuteness - if you get too close, Lucky has a tendency to bite and growl. Sometimes, whenever she's not dancing and she decides to 'play' with her swing, which you can see in the video, which she also doesn't like other people touching because it's her favourite toy, she goes ballistic on it. Lucky will hang beside her millet and she'll start growling and tweeting while she tries to bite the bell, knocking the swing with her beak and sticking her face directly into it. She's weary of me whenever she can't see me, so when I go into the kitchen, she'll pause when she eats seed and look over her shoulder every few seconds to try and find me.
(Lucky always tosses the seed out of the tray when I just replace it, and she makes more mess than the ten cockatiels in the aviary outside! She's exactly like a child in more ways than you can imagine!)
