The Pokémon Masters League on Pasio had to be cancelled for the most extraordinary reason: all of the trainers turned into Pokémon.
This originated as me wondering what A New World, a New Way would be like if it wasn’t a My Little Pony crossover, after reading the latest comments on it. Consider it a spiritual successor to Moonkind: The Wayward Butterfly.
I decided to base it on Pokémon Masters because it’s a good reason for a lot of canon characters to be in the same place, and they all have only one Pokémon to worry about each. I barely every write about canon characters, but here it allows me to not bog down the story with establishing who these characters are, and Pasio is a safe place for them to interact.
In the pipeline: a Pokémon/Digimon crossover where, among other things, a Minncino will punch a Seadramon in the face, and a spelon berry will accidentally change the world.
