There's Endurance in Laughter

"You wanna know what my mom said right before she died? She said to me, 'Don't cry for me. Instead, I want you to laugh. Laugh for all the moments we had together. Laugh at every situation. Laugh away the demons, the ghosts and the raiders.' And so, to this day, I laugh when I lose someone. It may look disrespectful, but you've gotta understand. I'm not laughing for their death. I'm laughing for their life. Their moments under the sun. It's what gets me through everything."
