Remember Koe No Katachi? (A Silent Voice) Well I'm going to make a story about it but MLP EG (My version)

Original Plot of the Anime:
The story revolves around Nishimiya Shouko, a grade school student who has impaired hearing. She transfers into a new school, where she is bullied by her classmates, especially Ishida Shouya. It gets to the point where she transfers to another school and as a result, Shouya is ostracized and bullied himself, with no friends to speak of and no plans for the future. Years later, he sets himself on a path to redemption.

Teaser:

"Fluttershy?" The deaf girl turns around to see Aria Blaze looked really guilty and looked like she was trying to make amends.

"Would you" Fluttershy's eyes winded as she couldn't believe that the one who had bullied her before was slowly showing a sign language.

"Like to be...." Aria nervously formed a sign that says friends while shaking in fear.

"Friends with me?" The former bullied looks at Fluttershy's eyes with tears coming out of her eyes but still had this smile on her face.
