It's been what, 3-4 years since i started to write? If someone told me I would have a popular MLP fic, I would have beaten them for hearasy (Not sure if I spelled that right. Too lazy to check right now.)
The only reason I started writing at all was because I found a writing assignment of mine that actually seemed half decent. I tried expanding on it and it soon got split up into 3 ideas.
So far I've had about 9 decent story ideas, but my inexperience drove half of them to extinction. I may just post some of them in case someone wants to build it to where I couldn't. (just so you know, it's: 1 romance, 1 sci-fi, 2 fantasy, 1 history/fantasy)
Anyways, 2 of those ideas have been put on ice temporarily due to plot and research problems. Another was put on Hiatus for being full of plot holes and not being thought out well enough (once again, inexperience).
I do have one idea left and honestly it's probably the one with the most potential to become a selling novel. But all progress on it has been more or less halted for my current to be worked on.

And hey, for you budding authors like me, If you have a story idea but you need a second opinion, then PM your idea and i'll see what i can help with (Note: I'm not a big editor person who will critize you to the point of tears, I can just give simple suggestions and point out holes and discrepancies)
