Hello FIMFICTION!
It's been a while! Four years to be almost exact. I've graduated College Undergrad and I am working on getting my Masters of Arts in Teaching to teach either Theatre or History. I got a girlfriend, who I've had for almost three and a half years now. I love her dearly and plan to marry her! (She knows I watched the show several years ago but DEFINITELY doesn't know about this. I plan to keep it that way. 
) I know this is probably pretty unexpected, and I'm not sure how many of my old readers will read this. It is true that I have departed from the fandom in a big way. I don't watch the show anymore and have no idea where the current story stands. I've seen the mane6 as like...mer ponies or something? It's not because I suddenly started hating the show. Quite the opposite. Even when it came out that I used to watch it, I stood by that I liked it and that it's a quality show, clearly made to be able to entertain parents as their little ones watch it and enjoy all the color. I just don't really watch it anymore. Well, a couple weeks ago, I got bored and decided to re-read The Only Thing Better Than Flying. I...how do I put this...re-fell in love with the ship, and had fond memories of how much fun I had writing these stories! I originally was just going to re read the story and let the memories flow, but there were several people who read it that loved it so much, and were so happy for a sequel. I'm looking at you, Basic Runner27, InvisibleNinja, SolidFire, Dead Account 19(*I don't know if that's your actual username or if you got renamed after being absent for a while. I assume not since my name wasn't changed) and others! You guys warmed my heart, and so I decided to come back for one last hurrah! I intend to finish Only For Her and POSSIBLY Bioshock Infinite: A Steel Embrace again this is only possible. I am busy as hell with grad school, work, my relationship and a bunch of other stuff, so the only story I'm finishing for sure is Only For Her. I couldn't abandon this voluminous work that I put so much time into, but more than that, I couldn't abandon you guys. If each and every one of you has moved on, or doesn't even read Friendship is Magic fanfiction anymore, no hard feelings at all! 
But I can confidently say, that as soon as I re-acquaint myself with the plot of Only For Her (I only just now finished re-reading TOTBTF) and get primed on the canon story so far,(if someone could get me a video that will help me with that, that'd be great. I usually like to make my stories fit within Canon.) I am gonna get to work on reviving it! So rest assured muhbronies...

I'm not sure where this wave of old stories being picked up again and people that haven't logged in for years is coming from, but I like it! Welcome back!
