Why Tact is a vegetarian (and why you should know) · 4:26am May 2nd, 2019
Well, for starters, you shouldn't know, but I feel like an ass today. A stereotypical ass who announces their lifestyle choices, like a vegan would do. Fuck vegans. Not drinking cheese or eating milk is blasphemous.
Not gonna lie, the reasoning behind it isn't as namby-pamby as most would believe, I don't give a shit that people kill animals for others to digest. Shit, back before I even became a vegetarian, I ate meat. Not dick meat, but meat, know what I mean? Ate it a lot, gained a shit tonne of weight because of all of the grease and fats and whatsits. However, that also isn't the reason why I became one.
Nah, one bad bacon is what done me in. After improperly cooking a few slabs of pig an accident on my end, I'd managed to give myself food poisoning. Fun stuff, that. Puked my guts up before I ended up having to get my stomach pumped. So, there I sat, in the hospital for a few hours, contemplating my life's choices. And I came to a realization of sorts: If I never want to get sick like that again, don't bother using meat products. Simple as that, really.
That was almost three years ago, June 7th. Not gonna celebrate or anything, who the fuck celebrates a lifestyle choice? Not me, at least. Anyway, after all of that time has passed, I'm glad to say not only do I eat healthier, I look it and feel it, too. Gets me proteins from beans and soy and shit like that, so that's covered. All in all, I've no regrets so far.
Granted, for the first few months there, I got sicker than shit for a time, but that's beside the point.
Well, yeah, bam. Did a stereotypical vegetarian thing. You don't care and I know you don't, that's why I love you guys lmao
Whatever,
