Chapter Three is posted and there's not a thing I can do about it.

Hi everypony! I'd like to say thanks to the fellow members kind enough to leave a words on the story
message board, especially to Lets Do This for pointing out my writing gaffs. I am trying to improve my technique with each story idea and rewrite.
This latest chapter has a small shout out to one of the more well-known members of the fandom and one of my favorites, the eminent Doctor Wolf. There is a story idea of mine that branches off from this chapter I would like to write but requires the appearance of the good doctor in it and I would never think of posting a story featuring another fan member's character without their expressed permission. If anypony in the fandom knows how to get word to Dr. Wolf so I could ask him, it would be a most appreciated.
But I am super-duper, ultra happy to announce the return of my editor, GMR745, for 'one more round' of story creation collaboration. She was my editor, proofreader and cultural corrector on all my Inuyasha fanfic stories; only a few of those first stories are on the FanFiction site as I never reposted the later stories that I'd originally posted on the AnimeSpiral site before that page went down way back when. As she told me a bunch of times when we were doing the Inuyasha stuff was that she really liked my storytelling and what I did with the characters but hated Takahashi's original story premise. She thought Inuyasha was such the a**h**e character. But doing an 'Inuyasha; The Next Generation' story arc allowed me to make him a dad with 2 kids, a respected member of his village with responsibility and to 'mature' him to a certain degree. That's what she liked best about it, and it was fun to do that. But when I came across Twilight and her friends it put the brakes on any further Inuyasha story work, though I'd like to go back to it at some point. Getting to walk around Equestria and meet these colorful ponies as well as joining in the fandom has been too much fun to pass up.

The best thing about having my good friend help me again is the fact that she HATES G4 My Little Pony! She grew up on G1 and some of the later TV specials and believes G4 isn't very good. That's good for me because she can look at my work with an honest eye and point out where I'm screwing up and not be caught up in the story as a fan. I did manage to get her to view episodes relevant to the writing I've been working on and she thought it was 'tolerable' to watch the ponies (The Parent Map, Perfect Pear, etc.).
I do feel lucky to have her guidance and the sting of her red pen once more on my stories. She has even hinted at, maybe, joining me for Bronycon this year; in spite of her dislike of G4. I showed her the activities program from last year and was intrigued by the range of things to do. Slowly, one episode at a time, I'll win her over as a fan of the show.
