Erevis Cale story and a few updates · 7:49am Nov 8th, 2012
As you may or may not know, a while ago I posted a blog post concerning my wish to write a one-shot to get past my writer's block on Queen of Blades. Well, that story is now published to the site! Erevis Cale: Dark Side of the Moon is a sort of 'one-shot prologue' for a possible future story I've been contemplating, and I'd love any input/thoughts you have on that particular story. Hopefully it'll be to your liking.
Now, I know a lot of people are looking forward to the next chapter of Queen of Blades, and I promise you that this is what I'll be working on next. It's finally time for our Zerg queen to make contact with our beloved ponies. What could possibly go wrong?
As for Seraphim, some might have noticed that I've put it on Hiatus. I still want to write this story, so much in fact that I've decided to do an almost entire rewrite of it. After a few months of writing fanfic I now feel that it's not entirely up to par, and especially the use of first person turned out to be a bad idea in my own humble opine. So once I've finished Queen of Blades I'll be going back, taking down chapters and rewriting the entire thing, making use of everything I've learned since I started writing FIM fanfic.
