I think I know what you mean. Sometimes it feels a bit like a hollow sentiment or a bit of pandering. But it's always my hope that many who support these causes and agree with these higher ideals are sincere and try to make things better not just on one day but in their lives every day.

These things have a tendency to leave a bitter taste in my mouth due to how fringe elements of them are how I best know of it. I hope the good people are the ones that will be doing there best to really makes things better, but I can’t help but be a skeptic due to seeing some really disgraceful acts.
