The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part · 12:47am Feb 8th, 2019
I didn’t see the first movie in theaters, but when I did on HBO, I found it quite hilarious. And the fact that this, and Guardians of the Galaxy, is where I was introduced to Chris Pratt before Jurassic World came about, it made me quite a fan of the guy. With the Lego Batman Move and Ninjago come and gone, it was only a matter of time before the Second Lego Movie Proper would kick off.
Carrying on directly from where the first movie left off, the Lego world that was saved between the father and his son is now invaded by the boy’s younger sister and her Duplo’s. Five Years pass, and the war has made the Legotopia a wasteland, where it wouldn’t be attractive to the invaders. The Justice League, including Momo Aquaman, tried to put an end to this, but have long been missing.
But danger comes quickly and takes Emmits best friends. Can he muscle up and save his friends as he ventures through a new world of Lego’s? Find out in this awesome sequel.
I can't wait to see the movie in theaters.
