The Quickening: Love is the meaning of Christmas · 3:35am Dec 21st, 2018

We're told that Christmas is a "time of joy" and a "moment of joy".

But, as Christmas approaches, do you sometimes experience things far from joy and joy?

Do you find yourself feeling down and your days full of things to do?

Are you tired after a long year and the numerous problems and difficulties that appear in your way?

Do you think that Christmas is another pressure and one more demand of your time?

Stop for a minute.

You may think that you don't have time to stop, but you should.

Instead of waiting to survive the holidays, I want to show you what you should really enjoy this moment!

It will mean, however, an exchange.

You'll have to give up something in your busy life so that you can make room for something better.

You can look at each Christmas as it needs to be larger and better than the previous one, and eagerly occupy each moment making preparations for that goal.

But sometimes less is more.

Have you stopped to think about whether all this running is necessary?

Is it making you and your loved ones happier this Christmas?

Or are you leaving out the truly important things in life in order to select the perfect gifts, make the decorations impeccably, and gather the most sumptuous ingredients for the Christmas dinner?

The less desperate you are to create "perfect" Christmas, the more time you'll find to enjoy it.

The less stressed and pressured you are, the more happiness and joy will fill the moments that you and your loved ones will have together.

Christmas is best enjoyed when it's not centered on decorations, gifts, or festivities, but when love is the center.

Love is the essence of Christmas.
