Greetings and salutations,
I hope everypony had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I had an idea for a story last night that I wanted to share and get everypony's opinion on. The idea is a twist of the alien abduction stories that was heard from people. The idea stems from the Star Trek Next Generation episode Schisms, Season 6 Episode 5.
TITLE: I Was Abducted (or something)
SYNOPSIS: Hi, just call me John for now. Reason is, I don't want you knowing my name because I have an alien abduction story. But, it's not your normal abduction story though. I did get abducted yes, but not by little gray people with big eyes. And this is going to sound more than crazy, but I was abducted by a purple unicorn with wings.
The idea: Now that Twilight knows about the portal to the Equestria Girls human world, she is experimenting with other portals. Where she finds another human world, that is different from the EG universe. That's where she finds our friend John. Twilight brings him in from the human world every night to take notes and do various experiments on him. She wants to see why this human is different from her human friends. Why the different skin color? And other curiosities. There are two ways that this story could go. One: When he finds out John makes efforts to stay awake in order to find out what's going on. When it's successful John convinces Twilight to take him back home and leave him alone and that's it. Two: John is able to stay awake in spite of Twilight's sleeping magic, knocks Twilight out and tries to go back home through the portal. However, it closes when Twilight is knocked out, so he runs from the castle and through town. Scaring everypony in the process where he wanders into the Everfree Forest, eventually finding the Two Sister's Castle ruins and holds up there. While he is trying to figure out just where in hell he is, Mayor Mare finds Twilight knocked out and notifies Princess Celestia. Who organizes her guards to find this wayward human and bring him to Canterlot.
That's the idea. What do you think?

Regarding the abduction act itself?

Twilight kidnapping someone from another dimension X times for unnecessary scientific research doing any number of things to his body when he is unable to give consent then said human defending himself and running away when his way home is closed off and now a wanted criminal for bullshit charges would be interesting to read.
Charges against Twilight:
Kidnapping
Assault(?) or if he is under 18 assaulting a minor
Abusing magic
Reckless endangerment
Inhumane (inequine) treatment
More?
Charges against John:
Assaulting a princess (though it was in every way self defense)
Causing mass panic(?)
Disturbing the peace(?)
Will most likely resist arrest and defend himself if guards attack
