I was able to shake off the delay caused by the hurricane and I'm moving along pretty good. I won't promise anything, but if it keeps going the way it is, I'll probably have chapter 16 up by Friday night. Saturday guaranteed, Friday very likely. So there's something to look forward to, y'all.
