Well, it looks like my first story is dead on arrival. A 75% disapproval rating is pretty damning, despite how small the sample size is. Four dislikes don't look that bad without context, and even with context it just looks like a rocky start. However, I can still predict that this story isn't going to succeed.

Well, it's about that time in every fanfiction writers life when they need to shirk their self-imposed responsibilities, give a great big middle finger to their fans and say, I'll be back in the winter when college is over. Well, I'm hereby imposing an oath to myself: Upon the dawn of every winter and summer, I hereby declare, that I will make progress toward my story, through sickness and in health, I will uphold the faith of my followers by bearing them fruit upon every favorable season, with the sole exceptions of death and the death of my beloved computer.

With that out of the way, there isn't really much else to discuss. My second year in college is hitting a lot harder than the first, so I have to sacrifice this pass time of fiction in its infancy. Perhaps this will bar me from becoming horse famous, but anyone who's read my work will tell you I'm not exactly an author (is that what he calls himself now?...:unsuresweetie:) of the masses, so I don't have much to lose besides opportunity cost.

See you this winter, I suppose, sorry if you all were expecting something for Halloween but I wouldn't put any money on it; which is a shame because I really wanted the next chapter to have a bit of horror to it. We are on pace for a more narrative chapter after all, but the only thing spooking me this year is another group project:raritycry:. Oh well, the things we do to escape the lower class living.

Anyway, have a spooky Halloween everyone!:derpytongue2:
