Listen up. There's alot on my chest i'd like to get off that involves what's been going on in fimfiction considering how toxic people get when they read a story they think deserves to bashed.
When it comes right down to it, It's not about the genre, its not about if the idea was already done or overused. The story doesn't to be a hundred percent original or creativity, its not about what is cliche, it's not about how bad or horrible the grammar is nor how badly written the story is.
What matters is as long as there are people enjoying the story, then you need to allow those people to enjoy the story and allow the author to enjoy writing what he likes. If however you want them to improve, then you either need to allow them to improve on their own with age or you can try providing constructive criticism in a way they would understand.
When you type a negative, toxicity, sarcastic, or hate filled comment, all you're doing is giving the author the middle finger all because you were triggered by something in the story despite the author being new to writing a story or the story in general is popular, all you'll do is discourage them, thus they'll either stop trying to be a fanfiction writer or they'll stop writing the story they worked so hard on.
I know not everyone is going to agree with me and they'll either get triggered by my word and possibly try to start a flamewar with me for their amusement to see how I'll react.

Hmm, while this blog does have good advice, I believe you should focus on not attacking people who speak there opinion, you should respect them no matter how bad it is. It is best to avoid conflict rather than starting it or attracting it, otherwise you may find your blog or comment section full of it and more than the opinions you dislike.
