Hello all! I know that some of you read these! But now it is me who is asking you to help me out a little. There will be spoilers up through my Trials of Many chapter in Friendship Rising, so do not read any more if you have not gotten their yet.
Alrighty, now that you are all caught up, I will again state that this fic is NOT a rehash or a rewrite, I will not be rewriting episodes and such, except perhaps big ones, such as finales and premieres. But, this is where I need your help. I need other content to fill in the spaces between those big episodes. Sunny needs to learn friendship lessons, and overcome her own flaws, because, just like everyone else, she's not flawless, she's a work in progress, she's got dents and she's got quirks, and it's her flaws that make her work, wait, I'm singing again, I apologize. Anyways, what friendship lessons would you all like to see? And along what other characters would you want to see her have full episodes with?

Personally? I want the Trixie and Gilda episodes to be redone, with different friendship lessons for them(don't look at me for ideas, this is off the top of my head), but with Sunny and those respective characters as the focus.
An idea for the Gilda episode could be that Gilda is just socially awkward with ponies, given that she grew up around griffons, who have a rougher culture in general, and just doesn't know how to interact with ponies in what would be considered a "normal manner". Given how Sunny also grew up in a different culture than the one she was born in, she would be understanding(read: empathetic) of Gilda's situation, thus putting Sunny in a position to help Gilda.
I think something that would make for a good overarching plot point for this story is Sunset debating with herself and her family on whether or not to reveal her true origins to her new friends.
While I believe she should eventually open up about it, this dilemma would provide an excellent means of charting Sunset’s growth as a character, as well as provide a good point of conflict between her and the other characters, as those in the know would push for a reveal or continued secrecy depending on who’s arguing, while those around her would develop suspicions as to what her secret may be.
If this were to be condensed into a single episode, I would do it through Sunset telling her friends or the CMC a story from her world, and then they start clamoring for more.
As for one specific episode, I would like to see one where the sisterly bonds between Sunset and Twilight are held in comparison with those of Applejack and Apple Bloom as well as that of Rarity and Sweetie Belle.
