It's fake man. Just like all the other cases of a time traveler. How do I know this? Simple, basic rules of time travel.

So, if this "Time Traveler" went back in time from 2030 to warn us about the problem in 2018, we will have fixed the problem in our time line. So when 2030 comes there will be no problem. Which means this "Time Traveler" will have never went back in time to the year 2018 to warn us. Which means that the problem he warned us about will still happen at the year 2030. So in that time line he went back to the year 2018 to warn us about 2030. AND SO ON AND SO FORTH! The guy just wants attention attention and to scare people.
