Hey guys! · 5:00pm Jan 12th, 2018
So since The is taking longer then I had hoped I decided to update you all What is going on and this includes both readers of my KH story and my Royal Hunter Story.
Ok so starting off, I’m having writer’s block with the next chapter of Harmonic Connections. It’s not super bad or anything, I think it’s just me being a bloody perfectionist and swatting down almost every thought I have before I even type it up. Cuz of that, paragraphs are kinda trickling into the story rather just flowing in like they usually do. Now, it also probably didn’t help that we had the holidays not too long ago and I wanted to enjoy them with my family and friends and yadda yadda, but I still kept trying to think of how to continue. Fortunately, the holidays have now past and I discovered the biggest issue of why my mind isn’t working so well.
... I want to write a fighting scene... lol. My mind keeps playing back some cool fighting scenarios in my mind for the next chapter in Royal Hunter and the near future chapters to come for KH and I think they’re glorious. The issue is it’s all I’m thinking about, but I’m stuck trying to keep the story at the right pace. You know how I am about pacing.
So here’s my solution. Since I’m about I believe halfway done with the next KH chapter, I’m gonna take the next week writing out the fight scenes in my mind for both stories for a few days, 5 days tops. Then I’ll set aside the KH one for when it’s chapter comes and I’ll be finally advancing Royal Hunter like I should’ve a week ago.
The way I see it, it’s me venting my most active thoughts now so I can Concentrate my focus on the next chapter completely.
So that’s the plan. Sorry if it bugs anyone but it’s all I can think of right now, plus I REALLY want get these scenarios on my Gdocs before they drive me nuts lol.
So for now, I hope you don’t mind the wait.
No worries bro. Write your fight scenes as much as you need too. Plus you can incorporate them in later.
Trust me on this. Better to get out what you have an idea for now than forget it later. Do what you need my man.
Cheers!
