Well! It looks like this lovely, brilliant, October's Friday, I've got bad news and worse news, and I'm not too chuffed about either.

    Of Jell-O and Laser Sharks

Hmmm. Okay. You guys ever have a week that feels like trying to outpace a shark while you're both trapped in Jell-O?

Then you say, "Butterscotch, it's only been two days since you've seen your awesome girlfriend." Ha. ha.

Status Update: The Simple Plan concert last night was amazing.

(Yes, I AM telling you guys everything that comes to mind! Blogging!)

See, my mom and I left around 5:00 to get tacos and leave my dad and my stuffed animals to party and have paintball gun wars. Shortly after we packed up our remainders, my mom let me play around with the Pandora stations and told me I could choose a Simple Plan one. From the six songs that played from point A to point B, two were Simple Plan-"Crazy" and "Welcome to my Life."

Yeah, I happen to adore "Welcome to my Life". In fact, I'd even say that's the song that got me into Simple Plan. So you can bet I sang along to every word and apologized for nothing.

When we got to the concert, they did every song off "No Pads, No Helmets, Just Balls" (Trust me, the cover title and lead singer's friendly jokes between songs were the peak of sexual references.). Right around "One Day", they actually started throwing around beach balls, causing me to turn to my mom and go "I TOLD YOU!", as the only concerts I'd only been to were in Santa Cruz, where you got some ice cream, spread out a towel on the beach, watched for the beach balls, and enjoyed the concert. My parents said it would be nothing like that. Ha ha! They were wrong! (Though in retrospect, it actually probably sounds way funnier to me.)

THEN. (Then-then, then-then, then-then...) They started doing songs off other albums, including the Ford and Dipper song.

And they finished off with "Welcome to my Life."

So yeah, that was awesome.

Time to get to..*glances at schedule*...
Oh, my. I wasn't even sure it was possible to write this much on a mile of paper.
