Boom! Pow! Fireworks!

Today, as it turns out, is my birthday!! Followed by a truly amazing chaotic tea party on Saturday (the parlor still sparkles, because someone thought it was a great idea to blend Flitterby and Crystallized Vapors of Discord in a potion), that might have had a wraith's aura interference with more than a few of the invitations.

One of the guests asked if she could make forgetting my birthday up until ten minutes before up to me with a walk in the park. Three others cancelled because their parents had to work or they had a chess tournament.

Don't do this, guys.

But all is well and fine, and it sounds like everyone had a right good time in the end! Someone gave me a Squishmallow dinosaur, it's hard to stay grumpy for long at that. I'll be going out for dinner with my parents tonight, which leaves at least mathematically more presents to open (🎁), so the only debate now is between pizza or tacos!
