It finally came to this. A few weeks ago I talked with my doctor concerning some periodic headaches I've been having for some time. He asked me about my diet, my sleeping schedule, what kind of work I do, if I'm exposed to any chemicals, etc. Then he asked me about my coffee intake. Now, I drink a lot of coffee at times. It's the reason I have Cup of Coffee as a username; I drank coffee when I made my account.
Turns out I had something called Weekend Syndrome, which isn't a syndrome at all. See, I used to drink 5-6 large cups a day, from Monday to Friday, but during weekends I rarely drank coffee at all and I always sleeps in. When I don't drink coffee at regular times I get caffeine withdrawal, which manifests as headaches. It also combines with Tannin, a substance which exists in coffee and tea, and can also cause headache in certain quantities. They even use Tannin to tan hides and I consumed a wast amount of this stuff! So, I stopped drinking coffee, went through a week of non-stop headaches, drank lots of water, and came out decaf. Haven't had headaches since.
Now my username doesn't fit anymore. And I like coffee. What do?

Decaf... yeah, that's not a bad username! As for me liking coffee, none of the nearby stores sell decaf coffee capsules or decaf ground coffee. I know; I asked. The nearest coffee shop does, but that's a thirty minute walk. Anyway, maybe I'll start drinking something else, something healthier. Gotta find out what first.
