[Ultra Countdown: 1 Day Left] "IslandLocke" (No Spoilers) · 3:33pm Nov 16th, 2017

For those looking for a true test of skill in the new games, or hell even the older ones, I come with an interesting challenge for you all. Introducing:

ISLANDLOCKE

The rules are simple.

1. All fainted Pokémon are considered dead, no exceptions. You may either release them or put them in a box. If all your Pokémon faint, the game is considered lost and you must restart.

2. You may only catch one Pokémon PER ISLAND. However your first encounter does not matter, so you may catch whichever Pokémon you want at any time.

3. Your starter Pokémon on Melemele does not count as a capture and can be used fully.

4. Gift Pokémon, eggs received from NPCs and fossil Pokémon do not count as captures and can be used fully. Keep in mind you cannot breed Pokémon and you may only revive one fossil. Event Pokémon are not allowed. You can catch Shiny Pokémon but if you've already caught a Pokémon where you've found it, you cannot use it.

5. The EXP-Share must be turned off, no exceptions.

6. You may choose whether or not to use Pokémon Refresh, just keep in mind if you want a true challenging experience don't use the feature.

7. All other Nuzlocke ad ons are allowed (limited number of times you can use a Pokémon Center, limited item use, etc.).

Hope you have fun with this little idea I had. Whether or not you use it for your adventure in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon or even just the originals is completely up to you. See you all next time for my review on Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon!

Mostly Ultra Sun though since I'm getting that one.

That is correct, though it doesn't have to be the first encounter. It can be whatever Pokémon you'd like, but it can only be one.
