    So, where has ALS been?

I know, it is an important question. We left on somewhat of a cliffhanger with Celestia...

    Is it March already?

Holy bananas you guys! March is almost over....

    So, A Lunar Sunset.

Good news is that it is not dead. I am actively working on it! (Like, I am taking a break right now from having spent the last couple of hours writing)

Bad news is that the update schedule is going to remain somewhat sporadic until my life gets a little more in order.

    Back with a vengeance!

Hello to all of my fans! (I can't believe that I have those...)

So, filling everyone in on what has been happening with ALS in the past little while.

I was laid off from my job just before Christmas, that triggered a pretty bad depressive spiral for me. Between my waning finances and my lack of STEADY work I had to prioritize getting healthy.

    Yet another brief hiatus

    Hello again all!

Sorry for the long wait - I have been out of work for a few weeks (since before christmas)

And I will be moving - YET AGAIN - in like a week and a half - so there is that.

I'm chewing through the next chapter, its a little more involved because of the context, but I'm getting there. I PROMISE!

Updates coming!! · 3:59am Nov 16th, 2017

Tonight I put the final touches on the next chapter of ALS. It finishes out the cliff-hanger from the last chapter, and expands things just a bit more.

I am laying the groundwork for the Celestia confrontation that will need to happen sooner or later, but for now I want to really focus on Sunset and Luna before thowing the big family mess into the works.

I am going to work on some more backstory things as the story progresses, fleshing things out a little more (Things like how Luna used to be a regular customer at Sugarcube corner) - little details that I really love having in a story. They aren't necessary for the overall plot, but I feel like they make everything a little more real, and relateable. People grow and change - why not characters in stories?

I will get this next chapter posted in the next couple of days - I just need to go through and proofread it, but I think that it will be great!

See you soon!
