A Hearth's Warming Eve Carol --HELP--

Ok, well I'm sure your all familiar with "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens? Good, now, I'm making a ponyfied version of that with Rarity as a Scrouge-ish character named Lady Azure Sapphire.

Here's where I'm in a jam:

I need help thinking of the postitions and/or names of the other characters,

Hearth's Warming Eve Ghosts

Rarity's (Sapphire's) Employees ect.

If anypony could help, I'd be grateful. I need all the help I can get.

I can think of some perfect characters for the ghosts

Sweetie Belle as the ghost of chrstmas past:I don't know why her but she seems good for that role

Pinkie Pie as ghost of christmas present: just because she is a bit cheerful and when she gets serious just have her mane go flat

the future one just create a pony in a long grey cape
