Yeah...the title was a bit dramatic, just to pull you in though.
Anyways, I figured I owed some people some news and explanations, so here goes.
1. An update on my friend that went into the coma. He managed to pull out of it within a week, and it only took him two weeks to almost fully recover...he has no recollection of the incident, and the doctors said the speed of his recovery was very rare, especially since his brain had been oxygen deprived for as long as it had.
2. Memories...I apologize for not adding any new chapters in over a month. It has been a hard past two months for me. First off, I started college which is a big part of my time, especially with being a Biology major that plans on going on to Veterinarian school. Secondly, I am also an artist, and my art was what I started in this community first, and this got out of hand as well, consuming much time.
Thirdly....and this is not something I like to say, but I've fallen quite ill. To the tune of losing 20lbs, slight sleep deprivation, internal bleeding, and numerous other problems. I am going in to see a specialist soon, hopefully to rectify this situation once and for all. Until then, I will continue to lose weight, and run more risk of infections that could lead to more complications. Unfortunately for me, this likely means that my dreams of serving in the military are done. My illness is an automatic medical disqualification for military service. This is hard for me to accept as it is something I have pushed for since I was 6 years old.
But, I will continue on and push forward. As I've told others, I simply have to play the game with the cards that I've been dealt...even if it ain't a winning hand.

I hope to have a new chapter out for Memories by the end of the weekend.
Oh..... Well shit. My dream is to be a physicist. If my mind was ravaged by illness and I couldn't reach that dream..... Damn.

Thanks, but there's no need to feel sorry for me. I just wanted to make sure everyone knew that I had legitimate reasons for my slow progress in everything.
