Music SIG Likes #61 :: Killing Joke · 12:10am Oct 30th, 2017
Killing joke as been around for quite some time, spanning genres from post-punk (which I do not really care for) to industrial rock/metal (which I enjoy). Killing Joke apparently provided a major influence to other bands like Metallica, Sound Garden, and Nine Inch Nails. They are also what influenced me to start listening to more "heavy" music when I was young(er). I can thank my parents (my da specifically) for that. More on that below!
Autonomous Zone
Dawn Of The Hive
New Cold War
New Jerusalem
Delete
I Am The Virus
Apotheosis
Plague
Pole Shift
Rapture
In Cythera
(This one gives me chills)
Primobile
Glitch
Trance
The Death & Resurrection Show
Asteroid
Loose Cannon
You'll Never Get To Me
Pandemonium album is a bit special: I do not really care much for the album, but it does have a lot of fond memories associated. My da and I did a few simple, silly little electronics projects together back before I went to university. He enjoyed listening to Killing Joke and I learned how to work a soldering iron to this album...
