Why do people do this?
I can presume that two of the values and strengths that distinguish me are indisputably calm and tolerance, virtues that I must take care of primarily because if I didn't I'd walk crushing people right and left without the due objectivity. But neither it's a topic of abusing, and when the efforts of wanting to fuck are maximized in intensity and constancy, everything comes to a boiling point where proportionately my patience is over. One is ok, two is fine, three is excessive. Four? Five? Six? Someone please stop it!
Seriously, we're getting into a point where everything is starting to lose its appeal. When it comes to goverment issues (like what happened to Wikileaks), I understand. But when it comes to entertainment, I want to ask "Why?"
Personally, I hate leaks. Not only because most of the time are false, but when they actually are true, they ruin the surprise for everyone!
If the creators feel bad about this, they're in their right to be. It doesn't matter how badly we want these informations, we should wait until the official release. Only thing I can do is waiting to the hackers and leakers face consequences.
I mean, Mark Ruffalo leaking the first 15 minutes of Infinity War?
The infinite amount of Smash leaks I've been dealing over the years?
The rest of Season 7 already on Youtube?
This could've been a good spinoff, but it never got that far because people preferred to watch the pilot on the Internet instead of the official release, causing low ratings and Cartoon Network having no option but to canned it.
Thanks to these stupid leaks, I cannot longer watch the season finale with an element of surprise because a miniature has already spoiled Starswirl's appearance! (I won't say anything more to not cause the same for you)
Perhaps the worst part about this is that I haven't found anything about why people leak. This is literally the first time I'm talking about this because I'm just sick of watching some of my favorite things getting revealed before they need. And not only leakers are the problem, us are as well because we watch the leaked material. I said something about the season finale before, however I haven't watch it because I don't want to be a part of the problem. I want to be part of the solution and part of the solution is simply resisting temptation and don't watch leaked footage.
The only other person who talk (briefly though) about this was Silver Quill, in his latest edition of "Pinkie Pie says Goodnight."
So what do you think? Have you ever found another article where they've talked about this? What are your opinions on leaks?
You know your right I saw the rest of season 7and didn't think anything of it. But I should have waited until it came out.
