If you have not submited it yet, send the link to the story to an editor group, or edit it yourself in the chapters. If you used another program to writ it, then edit it there, then (I can only think of this) copy paste it in and make the italic and bold there later. That is all I can think of. You could ask one in an editor group if they where willing to edit it and then send the document by e-mail.
