OC-FIC Project Rules - DA port

HOW DOES IT WORK: So basically, I will feature OC's from all over the web, with the proper permissions and information on the actual OC. Your OC doesn't need to be complicated. It doesn't need to have a backstory (although if it does, I will make sure to keep an eye on it while integrating the pone into the plot and the universe of the series). The series will be written fantasy in prose format.
NOTE: I reserve the right to accept or deny OC's. I reserve the right to choose how your OC performs in the story, BUT you will have the opportunity to let me know you want things to be changed. THE SERIES IS FLEXIBLE, TREAT IT AS A COMMUNITY PROJECT BUT ONLY EXECUTED BY ME AND ANY OTHER WRITERS THAT WANT TO HELP.

Featuring an OC does NOT make it my own. The OC belongs to the creator, and the creator has the right to withdraw his entry, give suggestions and tell me how you would like to see the OC perform, as long as it does not interfere with the plot or other OC's that are already present. So just keep in mind that we can communicate further details after you enter, and that you can say "I changed my mind" anytime. Please be understanding, though.

HOW TO ENTER: I will make a list of the OC's I will use throughout the series, and add in over time. Those that are willing: I will only feature your OC with your permission.
What I need: I will need an OC sheet or a brief description. Further information can be discussed in private afterwards. You can enter with max 3 OC's, but there's no limit to how many OC's you add to be used as cameos or background pones.

My workflow is as follows: I write an episode, usually it takes 2-3 weeks. Then, there's a 1 day debugging phase when three things happen: I send the unuploaded episode to my fellow critic, I do corrections and edits and, most importantly, I ask the OC authors what they want changed. After that, the episode gets uploaded, and it's done, meaning I can't make anymore edits, it just looks bad, so please keep in mind that after uploading, the chance of me changing anything is really low.

How to exit: If you feel like you changed your mind or you're not happy with how your OC/OC's performed (usually due to bad communication), you can exit the project. Your OC will be replaced by name and you will be cut off the list.

Exiting without first telling me something is wrong during the debug phase is considered a dick move.

IMPORTANT: It's a series, which means, your OC might not be featured right off the bat. It might not be featured in the first episode, or the episode after that, or ten episodes after, but I will make sure, as long as your entry was valid and you entered during OPEN times, your OC WILL make an appearance.
I will not discriminate in any way, but keep in mind I'll also need background characters, so those of you that submit very little info about the OC or if they wish, their OC's will be featured as background characters or otherwise not play a big part in the story. Those of you that want a big part... I'll decide whether or not to give a big role in the plot to your OC. Keep in mind though: Your OC will make an appearance, doesn't matter if it's just featured as a cameo or if it's the protagonist's companion.
